Heat pump FAQ
Is the rebate a discount or a check?
TECH Clean California incentives come off your invoice as a discount, and TECH pays us later. LADWP, SCE and SoCalGas rebates are paid to you after the job, and we give you a ready-to-submit application kit.
Do I need a new electrical panel?
Not always. We check your panel during the free home check. If you need an upgrade, it has its own rebate.
What if the program money runs out?
Once your TECH reservation is approved, that amount is held for your project. If funding closes before approval, we tell you right away.
